HUMAN FOUND WANDERING IN THE LAND OF FAE RETURNED WITHOUT INCIDENT
Just days ago, a human being was reportedly found wandering through the Land of Fae in an intoxicated state.
The Human was found by Johnny Twiggins of West Spinachter, who confessed to having borrowed a pilethera of items from the front porch of the Faerie Mart to capture the human without harm.
Among those items borrowed were two dozen needles and pins which Johnny used in a voodoo-doll-fashion in order to quell the human into a slumber. Johnny had recently read up on accupuncture points on Humans, and was familiar with several sensitive places that would put a Human instantly to sleep.
Fortunately for Johnny, the Human passed out on his own. Johnny bravely stuck a few pins in the Human's neck, dangerously close to the place he called the "death sleep spot" hoping not to induce death, but instead, retain the human in a deep sleep. Shortly after, other faeries were on the scene to assist with transporting the dozing Human to Slumberland.
Many faeries cited concerns that the faerie gate needs more security until Spring when the gate will remain officially open for humans and faeries to pass through. They fear more humans will be wandering in before we are ready for their presence.
A temporary spell was cast on the gate, which (for now) allows only faeries (and Humans who already have clearance) to pass through.
In the meantime, Johnny is hosting several workshops on his accupuncture technique, and many other faerie authorities on Human behavior will be there to share their wisdom. The workshop will be held on the next New Moon, at the break of Dawn in West Spinachter at the central activity center.
Johnny hopes others will attend so they don't have to go through the same fear Johnny had when he saw the inebriated Human. Practicing accupunctrue on a voodoo doll is a great way to deal with a human without getting close to it.
It is well known that humans are often altered by alcohol consumption in negative ways, and this is old school for us faeries, who are all too familiar about the negative aspects connected with an unbalanced mind on alcohol and certain elicit drugs.
We faeries have been using Nature's medicinals for centuries and have long ago (for the most part) learned to use them with respect rather than with reckless abandon. Thankfully we have been diligent in teaching our young about respecting Nature and her nectars. Perhaps we can provide the Humans with a lesson in using Nature's gift of medicinals with respect and moderation.
So what should you do if you find a Human wandering through the Land of Fae? First, we have devised a plan to call for help. Use your Silent Mind Call and help will be on the way. If there are no faeries in the vicinity, don't be afraid to call on animal help.
Keep your invisibility shield up when dealing with Humans unless they appear to be children. Many Humans are disbelievers in faeries and to see you might set them off, especially if they are altered by external, recreational substances.
Remember, in the Land of Fae, you are more likely to been seen than in the Human Realm. If you are seen by a Human before you have a chance to shield yourself, then make the best of it. You can disappear if you feel it's in your best interest, but don't lose sight of the Human until the Human Response Team has arrived to remove the Human from the Land of Fae.
This very small Human child was found wandering in the Land of Fae a few years ago. She was apparently dressed up for a Human, faerie-themed birthday party and slipped through to the Land of Fae. She was gently returned to the Human birthday party before she was missed and without any alarm.
Children do on occassion slip into the Land of Fae because it's so easy for them to cross through the veil when they're young. They are also as we all know, most often able to see us for the first few years of their life. if you are seen by a Human, or have a human friend, no matter what their age. We are all representatives of our great land and its inhabitants. We must all be on our best behavioR.

Raves are all the rage in Tweentown and Miss Party Pooper of Partyville even got out to dance last night. The fire flies were all alight and the thumping of drums could be heard until dawn. Today most of the younger faeries planned to sleep in. School has been cancelled because so many bleary-eyed youngsters are apt to be absent. Apparently, Earth-side, they hold school daily and partying is NO excuse for missing school. Thank goodness we don't have such strict regulations here, as we all know a good party is much better for the spirit than arduous studying.
It seems there were adult faeries partying too at the rave last night, in pretty skimpy attire. Not sure what these two faeries were up to, but they were surely up to some fun.

I saw you in the light of the full moon dancing under the big oak tree on Spook Hill. You were surrounded by fire flies and you were twirling long ribbons.

FAERIE'S ALMANAC: 
This Winter Season, expect to find snow flurries everywhere, especially in the Northern Hemisphere Earth-side. Humans may find themselves trapped in snowy conditions and we can all help them avoid accidents, we can also help them stay warm and find food when they are in need.
Spring Faeries should be on guard for an unseasonably early and warm Spring, which will be welcome after the blizzards of Winter.
FAERIE CHILDREN RECEIVE
ENLIGHTENED TEACHINGS
The Mastress of Enlightenment bestowed her wisdom on a large group of faerie children on the Eve of Moonslight.
The Mastress of Enlightenment spoke of kindness, gratitude and non-n-judgment before she told the story of the Great Faerie Rift during Moonslight. Children were absorbed in faerie history as imgaes were projected from our sorted past in the Great White Crystal.
The youngsters received teachings on the importance of purity in thought and deed and a new date was set for Friendship Day. This year Friendship Day will be happening every Sunday until January 1st on the human calendar.
On Friendship day, children and adults alike will choose names from a basket. Each faerie will bestow gifts upon their secret friends throughout the day, and as tradition has it, a great feast and Telling will happen at Twilight, when the last ray of sunshine passes beyond the farthest land-line in sight.
Be sure to bring your favorite instruments if you plan to attend. Local parties and Tellings will happen under the Grand Tree in their precinct. Your Local Giving Tree will be accepting un-desired gifts for those who wish to trade their friendship gift/s in for an item more accustomed to their tastes.

HOW TO MAKE Contact with Humans
Be careful which Humans you choose to befriend. Spend time observing them, especially the young ones. They are often easier to reach than Humans who are at full maturity. Pick a human who is expressing kindness and compassion. Don't waste your time trying to convert Humans who are into violence or have too many possessions - into instantly peaceful people. Eventually, these humans will come around, but until then, warm up on humans who are open-minded.
Often the more creative humans are a good choice. Their right brains are often more developed and they will see you more easily when you are ready to show yourself.
When you have found a human you feel compatible with, spend time with them when they are going to bed. (Keep in mind that Humans are private beings and don't necessarily want you staring at their naked bodies - so let them prepare for bed in privacy or at least avert your eyes) Once they are ready to sleep and are beginning to get pre-sleep visions, start mind-speaking to them about things that are significant to them. Perhaps you can advise them about situations they are pondering in their lives.
Humans who are driving, making music or art or dancing are open, and this is a great time to gift them with your inspirational wisdom. Just be careful not to distract them or scare them if they are driving.
Don't reveal yourself too soon. Humans who are imbalanced could end up going insane if they see something they firmly disbelieve in (like faeries). start your communications with inspiration, guide them to see signs that support our message of peace. If they like to write, you could insert a few sentences while they type by dancing on their fingers, but be certain they are opening their belief systems first to avoid "freaking them out."
(Freaking out is a human term that usually refers to a person losing emotional, physical and mental balance at the same time.) If a person freaks out, you can call for assistance. Follow your inner guidance system. In some cases, it's best to just disappear and keep an eye on them. In other cases, it might be best to stay within sight and calmly explain the situation.
FAERIES FLY OFF THE HANDLE AT FALLRIDE AMUSEMENT PARK
The amusement park had to shut down the faerie-go-round last Fursday when several young faeries flew off. One young faerie flew into a tree and broke her wing. Another flew into the faerie's wheel, where she landed in a seat on Mr. Oddweather's lap. She was fine, but Mr. Oddweather reported bruising in unmentionable places.
Normally, faeries do tend to fly off the wheel when riding the faerie-go-round, but usually it's no big deal with faeries who have had years of flying experience.
The speed control system will be looked at and the park hopes to re-open the faerie-go-round ride by Sunday.

Dear Miss Daisy Bee,
I am seriously concerned about the upcoming opening of the Land of Fae to Human visitors. I have on several occasions visited the Human Realm, only to see the destructive nature of these awful creatures. Call me old fashioned, but I would rather keep the Land of Fae closed to Humans until they PROVE they care about the planet and our flora and fauna friends.
The last time I was in the Human Realm, I saw Human factories piping chemicals and toxic liquids directly into the waters. I observed great un kindnesses by humans who were abusive to their own animal friends. Many of them chain their animal "friends" to the fronts of their houses for days at a time. I once witnessed a mother scolding her very young child harshly before she slapped her and tossed her into her automatic carriage and drove away.
Humans made the mess they are in and I don't see any reason why we should jeopardize our own Lands and folk with opening the Faerie Gate to them in the Spring. Do you really think Humans are capable of coming to our Lands in peace? Have they not already pillaged their own earthly lands in search of the perfect gold to fill their hollow hearts?
Our very children's lives and futures could be at stake if we let these Human monstrosities into our Realm.
I would prefer that we keep all gates and portals closed to Humans until they are able to prove they are peaceful beings.
In my opinion, they are a long way from peace.

Dear Maple,
Believe me, I completely understand your reservations and hesitation in allowing Humans to visit the Land of Fae.
I have expressed my similar concerns privately with the Council of Fae, and their response was basically this:
Humans need our help now more than ever. We too, not that long ago were living exactly as Humans live now.
Remember Maple, when we fought each other over food and material possessions? We too argued over differences in beliefs and eventually had to be reminded of our same core spiritual belief of kindness.
It took a lot of patience and we had help from the higher and more spiritually evolved ethereal realms. Now we are being asked to "pass it on," to help Humans who have forgotten their own great leader's words and histories.
This is our opportunity to help with the Change that is coming. We can assist Humans in cultivating peace and love for each other and all living beings or we can sit back and watch them self-destruct and take the Earth down with them.
These are our lands too, the Earthly as well as the Ethereal. We exist in more than one realm, as our existence also co-exists with plants and animals in the Earthly realm.
We too are shepherds of life and guardians of Nature. We cannot just sit back and watch the future unfold into destruction for all of us. It's possible you know, and likely, that if the Earth is continued to be abused in the way she has been already, and if the lives that reside on and depend upon her should fall and tumble from existence, then our friend and life sponsor, the Earth would have no more reason to live.
And the things that truly gave life to her by their residing upon and around their host, the Earth, would also have no reason to fight for existence. We cannot live without each other and without the Earth.
We need to protect all living species, yet because of Humans and Humans alone, thousands of species are dying. We must not sit on our laurels and watch a devistating future unfold. We must all unite now as promised in our life contracts, to create peace and harmony and to restore Nature and our true and spiritual selves back to their true nature.
The clock must be re-set. The best way for those of us in the Ethereal Realms to influence the course of the future, is to step into the present now and reveal what we know to the Humans. Some of them are ready to listen, and many have the ears with which to hear us. We have a message to give and the time is NOW.
If it's hard for you to care for Humans or assist them in their spiritual development, then do it for our friends, the animals, the fish, the birds, our plant friends and the oceans. Do it for the great Earth which we love in all her glory.
Change must happen and we can be of great assistance.

This class has been available for Humans for years...and Now it's available for faeries too! The next class is Faerie Furniture on Saturday, December 6 from 10-1 at Olbrich Gardens in Madison, WI, Earthside. Humans must sign up through Olbrich Gardens, but faeries can slip in for free as long as they don't disturb the class.
