The Driftwood kitchen.
My Goth faeire friends have commissioned me to make a haunted faerie house. I'm still working on it, but these are some of the furnishings I intend to furnish it with.

Faeries love to eat, drink and be merry and the kitchen is one of their favorite places to do those things. This rustic driftwood kitchen was created for a wonderful faerie family that lives about 20 miles from me. They insisted that I make them a kitchen that was modeled after my own human kitchen. My kitchen doesn't actually look like this, but the layout is similar. I used driftwood for the cabinets and created a mosaic backsplash with thin slices of wood. The bowls were made by the local Oak tree and the shell is probably from my trip to Florida, but I'm not sure about that. It makes a wonderful basin. The rug is a patch of moss which is kept soft with a frequent misting.
Faeries will sometimes commission me to make dishes or other useful items, but generally they can be found. This bowl was found under a giant oak tree and the plates are thin wooden buttons.
