We Did It!
Of course, we in the Land of Fae would like to take credit for the Humans electing the best possible candidate for President, but it was the Humans who actually decided which candidate to elect. As scheduled, on October 28th, millions of faeries and other ethereal folk from a variety of unseen realms were able to easily pass through the veil in order to assist in this extremely important decision. We were the ones who whispered to the undecided. We were there with the Humans, eagerly cheering them and their best candidate on.
The Human elections may seem like none of our business here in the realm of Fae, but it's a big deal to all ethereal beings. We have been watching the decline of the Human economy and the escalating violence and anger Humans have toward each other. Our greatest concern had been for the condition of the planet and all of the amazing living species that call Earth their home. This Fall was the first time since the Renaissance that such a large organization of ethereeal beings gathered to help influence a global human movement.
We pulled together and we all did it. It's likely that the Fae and other beings who were involved will get very little or no credit, but we must all remember that we have evolved beyond needing credit. Perhaps a lesson we can be reminded of as we set new examples for our Human friends.
Now that the new Human leader of America is in place and change has and will be made, the veil is not as thin as it was during election time. A portal has been opened and although many of the faerie elders would like the veil to be back in place as it was before, it's unlikely that it will be able to return to that state. Millions of faeries and other beings are elated with their ability to make contact with Humans once more, and they insist they will keep the door between their worlds and the world of the Humans open so they can continue their involvement in the betterment of the planet.
